1. The MSCSA staff and cabinet shall be paid twice monthly, on the last business day before the sixteenth (16) of each month and on the last business day of each month.

2. The Executive Director shall ensure that all taxes and other applicable withholdings are properly withheld from all staff and cabinet paychecks.
