1. Postage is for MSCSA business only. Individuals using the postage meter shall document usage, including number of items, postage per item and the purpose of the mailing.

2. Use of the copier is limited to official MSCSA business.

3. Telephone and cell phone use is limited to official MSCSA business.

4. It is the practice of MSCSA to capitalize all depreciable purchases over five hundred dollars ($500).
