The recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel shall be on the basis of qualifications and competence in relationship to the job description of the position, under the direction of the Executive Director. 2. Applications for staff positions shall be solicited through means of recruitment with the use of other mechanisms (such as the media) as is deemed necessary. Applications shall be advertised for a minimum of two (2) calendar days. 3. Advertisement, recruitment, selection, and appointment of personnel shall be made with affirmative considerations of those groups of people identified in Section 703 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. |
