| 1. An employee who has sustained a compensable injury shall be reinstated to his/her former employment of the employee’s choice within the office which the Executive Director has determined is available and suitable upon demand for such reinstatement and provided that the employee is not disabled from performing the duties of such employment. 2. Certification by a physician that approves the employee’s return to his/her regular employment shall be prima face evidence that the employee should be able to perform such duties. 3. All employees of the MSCSA shall be covered by Worker’s compensation. |
