After a year of many MSCSA Student Leadership Conferences aimed at developing Minnesota's next generation of great leaders, the time has come for our final 2016-17 MSCSA conference—the Spring General Assembly!

We hope that you will join us for what is sure to be an unforgettable event. Whether you are most excited about enhancing your personal and professional skills, finding team building opportunities for your senate, or hearing from and electing the 2017-18 MSCSA leadership, we are sure that you will find great value and memories for years to come by participating in this memorable conference.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted via email to MSCSA Director of Programs and Events Lindsay Barton at lbarton@mscsa.org and must be submitted no later than Monday, April 17, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. Anyone cancelling after this deadline will incur attendance charges. 

A Note on Elections and Voting
Please see the Spring GA paid delegates/voting chart for information on how many delegates will be reimbursed from your campus (at quad rate) and how many votes your campus will receive. You are allowed to vote once per person and each person is allowed one proxy vote. For example, if your campus gets:

  • 5 Votes: Minimum of 3 people present (2 at vote + proxy & 1 at vote only)
  • 6 Votes: Minimum of 3 people present (3 at vote + proxy)
  • 7 Votes: Minimum of 4 people present (3 at vote + proxy  & 1 at vote only)
  • 8 Votes: Minimum of 4 people present (4 at vote + proxy)
